truly GIFTed

The holidays are coming up, and many of you may be guests at friends and family's houses to celebrate. Don't know what to bring as a hostess gift? Here are a few ideas:This is a great one! From Sur La Tabla. I have actually sent this as a gift, and my mother-in-law loved it! It's perfect because the little goats and cows are sticks with a wipey board that you can write the name of the cheese on. Brilliant.Another great one! From Hallmark. I personally don't love the ribbon they show here on the cake plate, but that's the best part. You can pick your own neat ribbon and weave it through. What's also nice is that this gift will probably be used to serve cake or something, while you are visiting. This is nice as a smaller gift, or an extra. These placemats are plastic and they come in many colors. From Howkins.

For the garden lover, these two bird feeders are very springy and could make a unique gift. Top by Red Envelope. Bottom by Eva Solo.
