Atlanta's Next Top Torso Model

Often times, I'm stopped on the street by complete strangers who seem to know me.

They ask me if I'm the one that made the Steven Alan Reverse Seam shirt look classic yet modern.
Sometimes, they want to know how I made the Trovata Josef (in grass green), look so casually cool.I've even had people ask me if I was angry the day that I was modeling the What Comes Around Goes Around Matsue shirt (the answer is no, by the way).
Truly, I am humbled by all of the attention that my torso modelling career has brought me. Its opened up doors that I didn't even know existed, and for that, I can't thank my lovely wife enough. Whenever I'm sucking in my gut to make one of Jac's terrific tops talk, I think about her unforgettable smile.

Did you know that in addition to being the most accomplished torso model in Atlanta, that I'm also a real estate agent? Closet Shopping

These days all of us are treasure hunting in our closets - but isn't it great to just add a fab new accessory to modernize your outfit?

The other day the lovely Anna rolled into the shop in a blazer. It was a simple outfit - blazer, gray V-neck, skinny jeans and flats. I was inspired.
Towards the back of my closet in a nook and cranny I have kept my somewhat amassed collection of blazers - despite the fact that I haven't worn one in over 4 years. But I knew that one day I would want to desperately wear one.
Today is that day!
Yay for rediscovering my Theory blue pinstripe blazer. I paired it with one of our LA Made tops, James skinny jeans, sandals and an amazing scarf necklace by Victorian Hippie.

Happy Hunting! XOXOJac.

Double Margarita, Please!!!

The paint-brush effect never looked so good. Designer Margarita Saplala's Spring collection goes beyond the manipulated T-shirts of prior collections. This season incorporates avant-garde with hand-painted print ed silks. And it has me SWOONING!!

This two toned dress features a tuxedo belt back attached, which creates a perfect tucked in blouse effect.

With a droopy asymmetrical neckline, THIS number gives an instant uptown bohemian vibe. The shades of cobalt blue and voilet are so refreshingly vibrant against the cool grey.

Cacao

There are so many great spots to eat and shop in Inman Park, and one of my favorite places to go is Cacao. It is hands- down the best chocolate I have ever had, and the interior space is equally as beautiful.

Cacao is the brainchild of Kristen Hard- a wonderful and talented chocolatier, and my best friend happens to work there also (this fact might present me as partial, but the chocolate really is amazing!).

They make the most amazingly tasty truffles, such as the coconut love, the luxe lime and the honey heaven. You can also have hot chocolate (SO GOOD), cupcakes, chocolate bars, and recently Terrapin produced a chocolate beer with Cacao's very own (the also produce for wholesale). Jaci swears that Kristen makes the best chocolate martini, too.

p.s. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT leave Cacao without a chocolate dipped marshmallow. Trust me.

Hurry Up, Summer!

First of all, I am going to post about our new SHORTS, because I am extremely ready for the warm weather, and today is just too cold and cloudy. These James Jeans are great because while they are actually short, the length is reasonable, not like daisy duke-which so many shorts make me feel like! Plus the detail on the pockets is interesting and different.

James Jeans Ian Shorts - Black

We got some amazing new items from Smafolk! Elephants are my personal favorite animal, and this animal pattern comes on a (tiny) dress and a onesie. My excitement was very high for someone with no children...

PROPERTY OF....BAGS

Property of...is on Jac property!!!

...with ruff-and-tumble-bilty fabric and enough pockets
to fit any complex life into, Property Of...has merged the
essence of a lax lifestyle your everyday 9-5 working self

(my personal fav)... the Mark Tote, an ink colored nylon bag featuring two side-zip pockets, large center pocket that could fit the world plus a bag of chips in. To finish off the "lovely" its' trim and shoulder straps are done in a soft leather.

The Tom Work Bag, honestly, this bag finishes "the look" and I think makes
the man. Its so far from the average structured briefcase and messenger bag...
Its constructed of waxed cotton, with leather trim and woven cotton hand and shoulder straps
Coal color, that brings it home, is all the rage for this upcoming fall.

the Carter Duffel, kind-of makes me want to pack up and go somewhere outdoors-y.
It comes in a washed army green color and trimmed in brown leather and canvas.
Its elongated silhouette leaves enough room for a quick get-away or a day carry-all

Hello my name is: Anna

Hi everyone!
I am Anna, Jac''s new employee. While I've only been here three days, we've got some fabulous new items in!

I am loving the new Trovata for men.
My Favorite is this button-up. Not only is it a fantastic mens shirt, but I also want one for myself! I love it over-sized with a pair of leggings or skinny jeans.

Trovata Josef L/S Roll-Up - Dusty Rose

I am very excited about my newest purchase, a headband by r ki tekt. All the ones we have in stock are one of a kind and beautifully detailed with feathers and other embellishments. Personally, headbands usually squeeze behind my ears, giving me a headache, but these are extremely soft and I don't even notice it. The incredibly talented designer is our very own Kelly!
Mine has a Marie Antoinette feel, I love it!
Here it is:

p.s. it is such a beautiful day today!
