It is officially December, and the temperatures are dropping and the reality of winter is setting in. Along with winter comes my favorite holiday of the year- Christmas. I don't know if it's the tradition of the whole holiday season or the childhood memories of the family festivities that bring a smile to my face. Maybe it's both but regardless I am full of anticipation to get together with family and friends and celebrate in the only fashion I know how: tons of laughter and cheer, a grand spread of desserts and finger foods, and my favorite part is celebrating the arrival of Santa Claus with my young nieces.

With all that said, it's not all sugar plums and fairies in my head. I do have a least favorite aspect of the holiday season: fighting the crowds shopping for that perfect gift for crazy Aunt Sue. Toddler/ Kid Gifts for Girls!

Those Fall Jeans you've been waiting for have arrived!

The newest arrival to our Fall collection is our new denim jeans. What I love about the denim here at Jac. is the diversity in design and material. I love the fact that when you slide on pair of James, Anlo, or Kasil denim you can dress it up or dress it down. They can be paired with a silk shirt, the highest of high heels, and you are ready to head out for the night and feel dressed up and comfortable at the same time. It's that time of year, FALL!!! Tis the season for the leaves to change colors, the crisp air returns once again, and layering becomes a necessity.

This week we got in the coolest scarfs. They are not just a great accessory for your Fall outfit but serves a "cool" function as well.

Today we got in the coolest baby gear it almost makes me want to have a baby! But for now, I will vicariously live through my best girl friends and shop for their little ones. And if you are anything like me, I have been to several baby showers this year and a few more on the way. I always show up with a Jac. baby gift in hand for the soon-to-be mom and it's always a show stopper. Jac. carries unique baby gifts that are sure to impress with cool baby style and functionality.

September has arrived and Fall is making a statement this year!

Do you know what I love about today? The weather is gorgeous and the smell of Fall is in the air. What I love about Fall and being just a few weeks away is the yummy boots and cashmere tops that get to come out of my wardrobe and be rediscovered. Summer shorts are here at Jac!

I am going to the beach in July and I'm soooo excited to get out of town and head to the panhandle. If you are anything like me, I plan every detail before going away. My planning always includes aspects like: where to eat lunches, dinners, where to get my morning coffee, where am I going to rent the wave-runner from, what day to go parasailing on, and down to what I'm going to wear. I know I know, I'm a bit overly involved in preplanning but I can't help it.

So, I have to tell you what's new here at Jac. and how they going with me on my summer beach vaykay to the beach- Raven Tailored shorts. I am loving these new shorts we just got in today! We have a few color and pattern options for you to choose from but the over all design is HOT!

April Showers Bring May Flowers

Well, I agree with Katie, spring time is my FAVORITE season hands down! But before I grab my sunglasses and head for the park, I know I have to prepare for the months ahead of erratic temperatures. Being a native to the south, I am very familiar with the spring time weather here. At 2pm on any given southern day, its super sunny, 70 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. But a few hours later it drops to jacket weather. So, needless to say I'm a huge fan of layering and always having a jacket on hand at all times!

I have been scouting out a few jackets we have here at Jac to add to my wardrobe. Super cute and chic, light weight trench designed by marimekko is sure to turn heads as you walk by.
